Executive Leader | Primary Health Care | NDIS | Community-Controlled Organisations
Jaspreet Singh is a highly accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience across Primary Health Care, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, and the NDIS sector. He has led complex, multi-site service delivery operations in some of Australia’s most challenging and remote environments, delivering measurable improvements in performance, governance, and community outcomes.
With a strong foundation in strategy and execution, Jaspreet has held senior roles including Acting CEO and Head of Corporate Services, where he managed large-scale programs, multimillion-dollar budgets, and cross-functional teams. He has successfully driven organisational transformation, including the transition of government-run health services to community-controlled models and the implementation of integrated digital and reporting systems.
As Managing Director of an NDIS-registered provider, Jaspreet has built and scaled services across Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), and Support Coordination. His approach balances compliance excellence with a deep commitment to participant-centred care and sustainable workforce models. Through HighQ Advisory, Jaspreet works alongside organisations to unlock growth, strengthen operations, and deliver lasting impact—bringing practical, on-the-ground experience to every engagement.
With a strong foundation in accounting and audit, Kristy Zaglas commenced her career in tax, financial accounting, and external audit within both Big Four and mid-tier firms. Early in her career, she demonstrated a distinct aptitude for analytical thinking, problem-solving, and identifying efficiencies—skills that led to her selection for complex, high-impact work, including involvement in the GST revenue distribution audit across Australian states.
She later transitioned into the public sector, working with the Department of Education in the Northern Territory across finance and Indigenous programs. Known for her ability to think laterally and deliver practical solutions, she became the go-to resource for special projects, consistently identifying trends, streamlining processes, and improving operational outcomes in complex environments.
As a mother of three, including two children with autism, Kristy developed a deeply personal connection to the disability sector. This lived experience informed her transition into disability advocacy, where she worked closely with individuals and families to navigate systems and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Driven by both professional expertise and personal conviction, she moved into NDIS auditing with a clear purpose: to contribute to the integrity, quality, and sustainability of a scheme that has had a profound impact on her own family. Her work is underpinned by a strong ethical framework and a commitment to continuous improvement across the sector.
Kristy brings a unique combination of technical audit capability, financial acumen, and genuine sector insight. Her natural inclination to “untangle complexity” and address systemic issues enables her to deliver practical, high-value consultancy services that support providers to meet compliance requirements while genuinely improving participant outcomes.
